There’s an Eagle’s nest sort of around our yard somewhere… I might be able to get a picture of it, but it’s in a pretty awkward spot.
Oooh there’s been a great horned owl prowling around the neighborhood recently, i might have to stay up late and try to search for it
Not a submission but an update birds have flown the nest. I had a feeling they were ready soon but good timing cause if this was one day later I would have missed them and not thought to take a picture.

I have no clue what kind of bird this is, but we’ve got a nest of them near our house.

Surprisingly the flock of Canadian geese and hat normally hang out at work have been avoiding the place the last few days, but I spotted this fella while walking the pup at the park today

Not albino… it has dark eyes. Looks like a leucistic white squirrel. Similar, but leucism only affect pigment in the fur. Albinism affects all pigment, including skin and eyes. Ive never seen either, so this is an awesome picture! 
Update/possible correction:
After seeing a couple other pictures of this same squirrel, it’s eye color is actually blue. It may be an albino, which have either blue or red eyes. I am not a squirrel expert. I just have looked into this quite a bit before. I just don’t want to give wrong information. Of the three pictures I saw, the blue eyes are least distinguishable in this picture.
