Questions about entering the Worlds 2016 under AP

This will be My first time going to worlds, or any other contest, and I am wondering what all one has to do to enter the AP Division. Do I have to go to regionals and nationals before I can go to worlds? Or can I just jump in on the fun at worlds in the AP Division?

I think you have to send in a video to qualify or something like that. I am not 100% sure.

I would recommend contacting Steve Brown or someone else involved instead of posting here.
