I have a question. I’m new here but saw an appealing buy, but the person’s public profile is hidden so I cannot see any Trader Feedback. Am I just looking in the wrong place? Is having a hidden public profile a red flag?

Just search their name and feedback on the forum. If they have a thread it should be easy to find.
I have a thread but I havent linked it to my profile really.

Generally speaking if you can’t find feedback on someone you can make a “rep check” post asking for feedback on a specific person.
If you do go ahead and purchase, make sure you pay through PayPal goods and services. That covers you in case something doesn’t work out

You posted this question in Trader’s Feedback, which is where all feedback for BST users is publicly browsable. Feedback hasn’t been part of users’ profiles for a long time now.
A user having a hidden profile may indicate a desire for privacy, but is not a red flag for trading purposes.
