Hey y’all, I’ve got a new tutorial up for Pony Hooks.
This move is really fun and easy to throw into your combos. I saw a lot of folks using it in the freestyles at US Nationals this year, so I thought I’d throw up a quick tutorial. I hope you enjoy it.

I love doing these, I learned it under the name “keychain catch.” Since it’s a little slack catch into the keychain mount. There’s so many fun repeating elements you can combine it with. One of my favorites is following it up with a tension hook and repeating that sequence.
