Gone in a minute
What a day. Got me a onedrop ti throw haha. Now to wait for the ti project.
What the ti project?
I love spreading that rumor hoping it happens![]()

I missed the gold caps ![]()
I was distracted, but it looks like they sold through in under 17 min.
Lot longer than I expected
Yeah the machine polish ones were clearly less popular as I suspected
I shamelessly was 2 minutes late for a meeting to cop one..
I would’ve gone for machine finish if it had the yellow caps
Yeah the yellow caps are a real selling point in my mind ![]()
Nothing shameless about having your priorities straight. ![]()
Woops I did the time conversion wrong and missed it by an hour lol
Hope they maybe consider more ti
It’s over, I guess I can open my eyes now! ![]()
and open my wallet for the next batch of summit 2’s!
Oomph! That stung a bit ![]()
Had 2 though, no excuse not to.
Happy to score one of the walnuts.
@da5id will there be anymore ultra state drops in the future?
It’s probably too soon to say for sure. They sounded like they were very labour intensive to produce
That would be their gross profit over the course of what turned out to be 17 minutes, minus transaction fees and taxes of course. To find the net profit you’ll need to deduct the cost of raw materials, prototyping, electricity, coolant, et cetera. But remember that they were working on the Ultra States for over 6 months, so that means you need to factor in operating costs including wages, rent, website hosting, Shopify integration, and so on. It looks like a big payday to a layman, but operating a business is actually very expensive.
Yes i realize the yoyos did not appear out of thin air costing nothing to produce. I suppose i could have said OD about to sell 40k worth of yoyos in under 20 mins.
In any case it’s an amazing accomplishment and they deserve every penny and it’s wonderful to see the market so healthy!
