And it’s 7068. . .
Looks like a big throw!
Is this the first 7068 from OD?
Yes.
These look awesome
Per email, Crucibles are dropping this Friday, February 27th, at 11am Pacific.
Solid: $97
Splashes: $113
Someone help me understand why 7068 is super dope. I believe you, and I now want a Deepest State made from one even though I am unsure of the benefits, just wondering what attributes it brings over the commonly used aluminums
Stronger and anodizes better than 7075
any specs?

oooo it’s a big guy
really wish i liked big yo-yos, this one looks so cool too
More compact is my preference, but these large diameter designs can deliver a lot of power in a lightweight package,
Think there must’ve been a typo, yoyo is between 56.5 and 57mm, ill check at work tomorrow when I’ve got calipers in front of me
David might beat me to it.
it’s basically same dia as Rainier, about 56.5ish not 59.9
that changes everything!
I was prepared to trust the process at ~60mm, but closer to or even below 57mm is perfect.
I was relieved for my wallet ![]()
Is this ODs first 7068? Oh wait, 7078?
These are engraved, to be clear
I think 7078 is a typo. It is 7068 in the text:
This is our first 7068 aluminum alloy yo-yo and it’s shipping with a brand new Side Effect called “The JT”.
