It’s kinda an old post, and he hasn’t bumped for a while. You should have PM’ed him. No need to say hello and bump his thread up again especially if you nearly posted your offer 4 min. ago. Obviously he is busy or dosn’t want to respond to you offer. And maybe he just totaly forgot about this thread because it is kinda old.
