Some are, some aren’t. I would suggest just playing with it or possibly cleaning and lubing it.

I was just kiddin, if you really wanted to you could have used the modify button 
but i like that you are willing to go back and correct your mistakes, good job for that ;D
no one is giving him answers (I’m not either). i do not have a die- nasty but a lot of people say its good. you can make any yoyo silent by using lube. usually its just the bearing so this means that any yoyo can be loud and an yoyo can be quiet.
I answered him, then I tried to help him correct his posting mistake.

I’m pretty sure they’re noisy because they come with a center trac stock… i think…
anyway its just the bearing. I’d get a 10 ball or whatever other bearing that suits your preferences then it will be much quieter.
