Introducing the Malicius by C3yoyodesign – Michael Malík’s Signature Yo-Yo!
Designed for precision and performance, the Malicius is the signature model of Czech Yo-Yo National Champion and Team C3 player Michael Malík. Drawing inspiration from Shion Araya’s Socius, Michael envisioned a yo-yo that was wider, smaller, and packed with personality. Together with C3 and fellow Czech player Tony Šec, they created a yo-yo that’s as distinctive as Michael’s style.
Michael shares:
“Malicius was at first inspired by Shion’s Socius, but I wanted it to be wider and smaller. We added grooves for a better feel and aesthetic. The stainless steel rings ensure powerful spin times and incredible stability.”
After a year of refining prototypes and perfecting the design, the Malicius made its debut at EYYC, where Michael showcased its full potential with an exceptional freestyle performance.
This yo-yo is built for players who demand versatility and control. Featuring large stainless steel hollow rings, the Malicius offers exceptional spin times and rock-solid stability. Its slim 54.7mm diameter and 47.2mm width provide the precision needed to execute complex tricks with ease. The strong tactile feedback gives players an intuitive sense of the yo-yo’s position, improving trick execution and creating a smooth, confident feel on the string.
The grooves between the body and the rings add a unique aesthetic while paying homage to the classic style of Tomas Bubak’s Apparition, blending history with innovation.
