I’m new to the YYE forum and excited to introduce my YouTube channel, LOST YO-YO MEDIA. I launched this youtube channel last year to preserve and share media pieces from the internet, particularly yoyo-related videos that were previously uploaded by the original creators but have since disappeared or become “lost.”
I’ve been passionate about lost media since my teenage years, inspired by the website forum and creators like Lost Media Wiki forum, LSupersonicQ, blameitonjorge, and Nexpo. After more than half a decade of following lost media content, I realized there was no dedicated lost media archive specifically for yoyo videos.
So, I decided to create one. Currently, I’m cataloging videos I remember from YouTube that have been deleted, set to private, or are otherwise unavailable. Tracking down these videos can be a long and challenging process, but it’s incredibly rewarding to rediscover and share them with the public.
All of the videos I upload are shared for educational and commentary purposes. I hope my efforts contribute to the yoyo community and I look forward to hearing your thoughts!
I’ll be updating some of the listings here to include new videos I’ve found in my latest search. If you have any video suggestions you’d like me to find, feel free to share them in the comments below!
Thank you for your support and interest!

Over the past five years, I’ve been keeping a list of videos saved from my old YouTube account as I’m intending to watch them eventually. But as I returned to some, I discovered that many had been removed or set to private by the original creators.
Tracking down these specific videos can take anywhere from a month to several years. Sometimes, I get lucky and find clips I had unknowingly backed up on an old hard drive or in cloud storage.
I was practically raised on Jensen Kimmitt and Guy Wright yoyo videos… we must preserve those at all costs
Also huge shoutout to OP and anyone who preserves yoyo history in literally any way. So much of it is online and not written down anywhere so redundancy online is always good.
Absolutely, those videos are true classics!
They’ve inspired countless people to dive into yoyoing including me, preserving them and the broader history is essential for keeping the legacy alive.
I must say, that I am currently being raised on Jensen Kimmitt and Guy Wright videos… with some others thrown in there too.
(Johnnie Delvalle, Spencer Berry, John Chow, Grant Johnson, Heck, even @AndreBoulay! I can’t get enough of “Operation: Dark Magic”— and on top of all of those, there is also whatever pops up in my recommended)
Edit: Sometimes I disappoint myself… how could I forget Mikhail Tulabut!
Edit Edit: Well, now I’m disappointed in myself, I forgot about this one, uploaded by my own brother!..
