God bless our troops.
As much as people like to hate on America, they don’t realize how good we have it here.
Most people who live in poverty here would be rich by the standards of other nations.
Things aren’t perfect, but they’re damn sure better than anywhere else.
We have the troops to thank for that in large.

FYI - Veterans Day is to honor those who served (or are serving) and made it home!, Memorial Day is to honor those who died.
