Anodize has been stripped and this custom job has been done by previous owner. It seems thicker than anodize (could be nail varnish) - happy to try and strip if before selling, but I like the effect. Some small marks under the anodize/paint/whatever it is - minor vibe, and one hub stack has a small crack
