Hi guys, I got some sili to put in my Marmot from Autozone, I got it in there and it was way responsive. So I took it out and tried it again, but with less in. I just tried it a few minutes ago and it was still ungodly responsive. Any ideas or tips this time. Should I just let it sit, should I Re-do it with less silicone, or do I have to break them it?

When you are finished putting the silicone in take a spoon or some other slightly curved object and scrape the extra out of the groove. This will recess the silicone and it will be fine.

Did you let it cure? You never even stated you let the stuff dry.

Yes, silicone also has a break in period.
