Rei had 3 design requests for “FLAWLESS” 2020: 1. Lighter weight 2. Enhance spin power 3. Wider catch zone
All these requests seemed to conflict with each other, but we finally solved the problems and the “FLAWLESS” 2020 is finally complete. We reduced the yoyo weight from 92g to 84g. With a lighter weight, we improved the maneuverability and move speed as well as the responsiveness. As the weight was reduced on a POM body, we upgraded the Flawless with metal rings to maintain and improve spin power. Metal rings provide for longer spin times with a much more powerful feel.
The new shape of “FLAWLESS” has 2 steps from a curved sharp body to straight line wing. The diameter was decreased from 77mm to 73mm and yoyo width was increased from 62.3mm to 66.5mm. Due to the yoyo shape becoming wider and smaller, it has a longer hang time in the air.
Applying the design of bump area from “SOLAR Series”, it has a impeccable control, even during Soloham tricks. Moreover, the “FLAWLESS” comes with 3 sets of spacers, giving a total of 6 different settings. You can modify your own response setting easily to suit your play style.

As offstring tricks evolve and the needs of our competitors change so has our approach to 4A yoyo design. The first generation of Flawless weighed in at 103.5 grams, reduced to 93.3 grams in 2018 version, and then reduced even further to 84.16 with the updated POM / metal weight rings version in 2020.
Finally we release the latest and lightest version in PC with metal rings weighing in at 73.5 grams. This weight is the perfect fit for a majority of 4A professional players. Of course, it is also great for Rei’s well known signature Soloham offstring style! The light weight gives it an ease of maneuverability like no other and the metal ring weight distribution maintains spin power through long combos. An impressive design worthy of a World Champion!
