Alright, this bit isn’t that tricky to DO, just a little hard to understand at first. The action isn’t that bad. Basically, you pinch the string, and take your non-throwhand out, so you can swing the whole thing clockwise (if you’re a righty). The slack should travel around, and once the whole thing is vertical again, unpinch, and intercept (a bit like a suicide) with your freehand.
