Catch 13’s were a limited run yoyo to give people a chance to play a yoyo just like the Catch 22 with a much lower price point. As far as I know, Ben doesn’t plan on making anymore.

Yeah, it was a very limited run that won’t be made again. You just had to get one soon after it came out if you wanted one new.
