Welp, just going to have to pick up some Harp for our delayed yearly corned beef and cabbage dinner this weekend. I havent made black and tans in years. As long as you delicately pour the Guinness over the back of a big spoon at first to prevent it from emulsifying too much with the Harp, you can easily get the separation as pictured.
