I think it’s a dimple, there’s a shadow all around it like a ring, I think if it were a raised bump part of it would be lit up or the shadow would be different at least

Im going by this alt picture. If it was a dimple i think you wouldnt be able to see the words entirely when looking at the yoyo at an angle.
