BLTyoyoworks, 3rd run of prototypes finished!

how much out of ten do you want to try it

how can you become eligible to test one out? Iā€™d really want to test out the last one.

well, first of all, we arenā€™t doing any of the ones on the first page, those are just concept art really. second, I made a post earlier on what to do if you want to get a prototype. (pg 11)

so I really want try one out probably a nine out of ten. I really really really really really want to try one of them but will be fine if I canā€™t. I canā€™t pay, but Iā€™m really sorry for that. Iā€™m an honest guy and if I get a prototype ill give you honest feedback.

If you are fine with getting one next time, then thatā€™s probably whatā€™ll have to happen, seeing as we want to make everyone happy, including people who donā€™t want to wait.

Another thing t note is that the prototypes that we are selling now are not anodized, theyā€™re just raw metal. If you want ago, itā€™ll be something like $30 extra.

if its that big of a deal, ship it this way and i will weigh it on my super amazing awesome spectacular stupendously great mega scale and ill ship it back

i really think people get too asphyxiated on a specific weight though. within a 2-3 gram variance its all about placement. i can easily make 65g ā€œfeelā€ lighter or heavier, as can any maker who knows what theyre doing.

See the problem is not that it is like few grams off, itā€™s like waaay off, like as in itā€™s somewhere like 62 grams or something. I find it really annoying that the one uncontrolled variable that we had (we couldnā€™t calculate the weight beforehand) came back to be the largest problem with the yoyo. at one point we actually thought that it would be too heavy, so we thinned out the rims, but we thinned them too much. And why does everyone think that we are currently having problems weighing it? weā€™re not, we just never got around to it. We will probably have the weight by the end of the weekend.

i just read that a lot of people were buzzing about it. 62g isnt bad at all considering you were basically shooting in the dark. now, if thatā€™s displaced, yea its a big problem.

Wow awesome shape!
Would love to try one! 9/10

I would love to try one but donā€™t mind waiting if I dont get one of the first 3.

Ok, I drew up a quick list of people who wanted one, including people who pmā€™ed me about it. If your name is not on the list and it should be, tell me and iā€™ll fix it up  It is important to get your name on the list if you want one, cause we will start deciding who will be the 3 people to be testers.

Id also like to test. Id say im an 8/10. Curious to see how it plays.

Iā€™d like to start testing yoyos. Iā€™m currently preparing to review a YYJ trigger. Iā€™d say Iā€™m 9.9/10 to test this yoyo. Iā€™ll do a complete write up in any format you want.

Big Fan of your company. Just wondering has the proto been named yet?

it does not have an official name, but we do have a long list of name ideas that we will choose from.

Iā€™ve got some name suggestions if you want: fandango, the theory, The barricuda, and the loophole.

were trying to go with a theme for all of our names, sort of similar to what clyw does. thanks anyway, but we already have plenty of ideas, se just need to pick one.

Loving the H-Shape. Although itā€™s narrow, itā€™s all catch zone. Efficient shape. I really like it.

Really wanna test this thing,
9.5/10

Iā€™d be willing. But i donā€™t really care. 2/10.
