I’m out of ideas then. 
The only other thing I would try is to take out one of the silicone pads and see if that helps.
You probably got some junk in the bearing. What does it sound like when you spin it? If it is loud and responsive, go clean and relube the bearing. If it is quiet and responsive, break it in or clean it and use less oil.
Emailed YYF and I got a new bearing on the way hope that will help

Oh,by the way. I was screwing around with my senza nome yesterday, and and 2 thoughts came to mind.
- are you sure it doesnt get responsive due to a slipknot getting stuck around the bearing.
- are you sure that the string is not just getting bound too tightly in the groove and cannot unwrap itself. See Brain Twister bind example part of the Bind returns tutorial in the (intermediate) learn section if you need clarification.

insert mineral spirits.

On the bottom where it says reply and all that stuff it should say lock, if you lock no one can post in it.

It doesn’t. I just makes sure that nobody can post any new replies. If the problem is rectified, the post will go away on its own either way.

OK… 
I have a new bearing on the way and since I am over seas it takes a while. Usualy about a week.
But, it has been about 3 weeks since it was sent out.
Any way, I have been cleaning and oiling it about every other day to keep it decent.
Today I decided to run it dry and after a few minutes of yoing this is the resault:
It was totally non responsive at first but after a while I can throw it down and for the first 3 to 4 seconds of the spin if I pulled it it would come up. But after 3,4,5, seconds, it is non responsive again.
So, any tips would be appreciated and there is nothing in the bearing seat and it looks pertect.
Stop cleaning and oiling it. Just clean and lube it once then play it.
just wondering, how long does an average bearing last and how much does running it dry affect it ???
