Is there a way to mod an auto response yoyo to not be auto responsive? But it would be okay if it was responsive, just not auto responsive.

Take the clutch out if you can.
I did it once, it was pretty good, but I gave it away.
That’s the best way. If you don’t want to go that far, instead of double wrapping the string around the axle, just do it once, like you would for a ball bearing.
I would have to go with ‘gm user’. Try to take out the clutch.
Yeah, this should make it sleep a bit longer. It usually depends on the yo-yo you have. Some Yomegas I found had the string wrapped around the axle 4-5 times.
It is probably using a transaxle. Take out the clutch and put a bearing in it.
