if i interpret the kanji “新海” correctly, it should be some kinda blue hue.
Very curious too when i saw it in the drop down.

@Ed-C @wrxy Yes! It’s a very, very deep blue shade. There’s some additional details about Shinkai colorway that we won’t publish just yet, but it’s exciting

We’re proud to finally present the Shidō, Atmos Projects’ first ever team model.
The Shidō takes reference from the Lamina’s profile, and incorporates feedback from the Atmos team in sculpting its playfeel. Its body is crafted from 7075 aluminum, has Delrin rims and polycarbonate caps for a wide array of colorways that we’re excited to share in the coming days. It’s absurdly fun, more than capable for modern tech, and has a genuine carry-for-days quality and character to it.

The Shidō will be released in team colorways — Coleman Edition, Yuji Edition, Vladimir Edition, and Aleks Edition — and will go for $85 each.
These will go live on Wednesday, 30th September, at 9pm EST, at our site, and also here at @YoYoExpert. We’re incredibly grateful for @AndreBoulay and the entire YoyoExpert team — if you’re hoping to pick up a Shidō, YYE’s an awesome place to do that.
Six other Shidō colorways will be made available some time after — keep an eye out for those.

got in on the preorder for this, quite a fun yoyo
reminds me a bit of the sibyl but with less power and more chill, good pocket yoyo
i also slammed mine into concrete immediately (oops) and the POM rings didn’t shift which is always a good sign
