[At Design Lab] "Double V shape size D bearing" Prototype Now Available

Double V-shape size D bearing

We at At Design Lab are excited to announce the release of a new bearing!

We’re thrilled to introduce the “Double V shape size D bearing.” For those of you who are long-time fans and dedicated users of D-size bearings, we believe this is a product you’ve been eagerly waiting for. As many of you know, this distinctive double V-shaped D-size bearing, despite its excellent performance, has been out of production for many years, making it incredibly difficult to find.

In fact, we at At Design Lab are also avid users of this D-size bearing shape and, like many of you, have struggled with its unavailability for a long time. Driven by a strong desire to experience that unique feel once again, we specially requested a factory we have a good relationship with to produce a small batch, initially for our own personal use.

And now, we’ve decided to offer a limited portion of this batch as a special prototype release, hoping that fellow D-size bearing enthusiasts who have also been eagerly awaiting this shape can get their hands on them. We are absolutely delighted to be able to bring this bearing back to you all in this way.

To everyone looking to explore new possibilities with D-size bearings, and to those who fondly remember that classic, unique feel – we invite you to take this opportunity to try the Double V shape size D bearing and experience its performance firsthand.

We would be thrilled to hear your thoughts and reviews once you’ve had a chance to try them out. Please feel free to share your valuable feedback and impressions here on this forum.

Thank you for your continued support, and please keep an eye on At Design Lab’s future activities!

Awesome!!! Unfortunately, $22 shipped to US is… a bit too rich for my blood. They bearing itself is very reasonably priced however, I’m guessing this is a …us centric pricing… inconvenience.

9.90 for the bearing, 12 some for shipping, for those curious

So…. This is what you do> you buy 10 bearings for $100. They charge you 20 for shipping.

So now you have $120 invested so far.

Once you get the bearings, you sell 5 of them $14 each. 5 times 14 is $70.

Now… you have 5 bearing left.

So you keep 5 $10 bearings.

If…. You want to be less enterprising and even things out, you sell 5 of the bearings for $12 each.

5 times $12 is $60. So you made $60 back and with the balance of $60, you have essentially ended up keeping 5 bearings that cost you $12 each.

So… you ‘spread out’ the shipping cost and ended up with 10, $12 bearings.

Everybody should be happy considering that nobody ended up paying $22 per bearing.

Now, that being said, if there is a incoming Tariff charge for the purchase, then just forget everything I said, lol.:joy:

It would be a great idea for someone to buy in bulk to save on shipping costs, is anyone interested?
