I’m trying some different practice methods this week while I try to get better.
I rotate yoyo sizes/widths/powers frequently when I’m practicing. Not just to refine my skills, but each yoyo seems to have a certain mood it brings with it that inspires different types of movements or string formations.
For normal days I do this and usually change each day. It’s fun, but I think changing too often makes me spend too much time adjusting each day before I can do stuff sometimes.
