I think it is only two. The “sandwich” is alu, with brass in the middle, from my understanding?
I hear some say Alu on top and some say Stainless
What’s the actual story here @YoYoExpertGarrett?
Let me know how it is!
Very very good. I don’t know how else to describe it
My consolation prize SF arrived today. Featuring the Rhapsody KC24, signature Keiran Cooper Zipline Strings blend. Aaaaahhhhh yeaaahhhhh. Thank you again SF yoyo’s!
For some reason this doesn’t look like a Cadence at all to me.
I could be mistaken, but that was the giveaway. Granted they didn’t say they were giving a second yoyo away. The cup looks like it to me
That is definetely not a Cadence. It does look like an SF though.
Hmmmm, perhaps it’s an sf
Looks SF SFish. Either way that’s awesome.
That’s my thought, and yeah I’m happy, I don’t have an sf yet
Edit: also, I love how it plays and feels so far and it feels pocket friendly. Like a more chill but slightly more stable SK!
How’s the Virtuoso?
No yoyos I’m afraid however I did take the plunge and order one of these Aroundsquare Knucklebones which I am finding rather enjoyable (along with begleri). I am enjoying skill toys a lot in general lately
That’s a great question. I love it. It has a flat rimmed, V shape. But it is very smooth, all the angles are radiused very comfortably. Since I like organic shapes and curve, it feels great in the hand. I really like the smooth rounded bowl as well. I love side effects but this works for me.
The feel is very different as well. It’s kind of hard to describe. It feels hollow and floats through the air. But is quick and easily redirects. The weights feels well balanced while being quite powerful as far as spin time goes.
Of course all of this is greatly subjective and I love the aqua/orange fade. I really do recommend this one strongly.
