No I wasn’t or else I would not have said what I said. Thanks for pointing that out man! Now I feel like a chump lol
No I was just trying to give a tip that I randomly came across one day. Very useful in these posts when people have conversations about forum navigation tips that take away from the purpose of the topic.
I wouldn’t be opposed to quoting when replying to a post from months ago though.
Either way it is very helpful. Silly I didnt notice it before. @PCaliyoyos also I wasnt trying to be a jerk or anything. Hope you didnt think I was.
we chill Frank!
it’s cool bruh, florida’s known for loading up with us jerks…
considering a lot of us move here from massholechusetts too, it’s just bustin at the seams!
Vtwo is sick, tell em @zslane ![]()
This looks even better than the store pictures.
The colors really pop.
Did yours come with blue pads? Considering swapping mine out, they are very aggressive
Omg that’s a nice haul there @Maddog8011
I’m enjoying it for sure. What surprised me is how much I like the rev though. Super fun throw
just picked up a purple w/blue caps Butterfly XT! it’s ok very over-lubed bearing so it responds very fast and hard if you’ve never tried a Duncan throw before this isn’t what you want your first impressions of Duncan to be gonna try to put an unresponsive bearing in and just play around! ![]()
Replaced with white pads, definitely better. I wasn’t sure what the break in period would be and didn’t feel like finding out.
The Butterfly is supposed to be responsive out of package. It’s a yo-yo for people to pick up while shopping at Target, if it doesn’t come back up kids might think it’s broken.
that’s where the bind comes in ![]()
People picking it up at a retail store don’t know what unresponsive play or a bind are. They know a yo-yo is supposed to come back. If they give up right away because it won’t come back they’ll probably never buy another yo-yo
that’s true honestly if people never bought yoyos because of one “bad” experience it’d be sad
