Got 3 amazing splash yoyos & a prototype in one day thanks to @Maelstrom!
Glad to be able to cross these off of my yoyo bucket list.
That teal goes so hard. One might even say it’s legendary…
I will see myself out

Lol. Interesting it has a couple of spots where the dye didn’t sink in during anodisation, so maybe the teal goes runny instead of hard. ![]()
Today’s mailbox finds! A Mike Monty Mori and a G2 Spartan Spin. The G2 is odd in a good way, I really like it!
where did you get the terraria side effects. I need them.
They came exclusively with those two colorways.
Sharktron was limited to 40 and Zombie Elf was 20 (according to David, the ZE was a design that they revamped before releasing the Terrarian, but they accidentally made made a small run and released them as the ZE colorway).
The SEs were a major factor in me picking up both of these ![]()
Dang it man!
I have the Fishron Color way but have brass SE’s on it i didn’t know it had those initially!
What’s the difference in the cricket I want a beaver/ cricket side by side
That spartan colorway is so good and the mike Monty is so underrated folks are sleeping on it
I was pleasantly surprised with the Mori, it feels great in the hand and has the right amount of float! Also its on sale for $20 currently which was the final push for me to grab one. No more indigo though evidently…
Cricket I think is 60mm while beaver is 55
Wait, sorry, that not the Cricket.
Jokes aside, I really really hope the one on the left becomes a production run
Edit: literally just saw this after posting. You are going to love love love the Wolverine
Would love to hear your thoughts when you get some time with it.

Couldn’t find a spectraply version of the beaver to get a more similar comparison. There are a couple variants of the beaver besides the oak
That’s awesome. I have a bunch of No Jive wood sleeves but I need the other hardware. I’d love to print a couple of these.
I love the Beaver. I’m a fan of the feel of denser woods like wenge/purple heart. They’re heavier, so I have to slow down a bit, which helps me maintain a bit of patience, lol. But I definitely want a lighter version as well, so I’ll probably pick up an Oak/maple Beaver at some point. My PH Beaver is 62g. I’m assuming yours is about the same?
My only complaint is I’m having trouble with pull starts due to the location of the holes. I’m brainstorming how I can fill the outside of the holes with epoxy or something. My current Idea involves one of @Ardeus gap cards, dowels cut to a specific size, and some epoxy or something that I can easily shape, then harden.
Overall, Richs’ quality is only getting better and I’m excited for future releases.
So good to hear you like it. My purple heart Beaver is around 62g as well. Highly recommend the Oak Beaver to compliment it. If I had to compete in a 0A competition, I’d use the Oak Beaver, if I just want to chill in my living room and wind down, it’s the purple heart Beaver.
Also, the Purple Heart Wolverine is 55 grams, you’ll love it
