What did you get in the mail, 2026?

Up the list it goes. I really like my el mijo sl and I like ti throws a lot so this one makes much sense.

I’m intrigued…what yo-yo is that? Is it some kind of mod?

It’s the Bricc by A-rt and At Design Lab:

The Tio is such a unique feeling throw. It has such a presence on the string… Very satisfying to throw. And it’s stunning. I love the swooped up dimple post and the nicely rounded rims. What a masterpiece @jeduardo. Easily a top 3 postmodern fixie for me. :call_me_hand:

Another extravagant mailday.

This Luftverk x CLYW titanium peak has been bouncing back and forth between Japan and Ireland for about 6 weeks after having been rejected by customs for unspecified reasons. Finally after being sent back twice, a missed delivery, multiple shipping fees, exorbitant customs charges and handling fees, and an absurd carbon footprint for a yoyo, it finally arrived today and…. It’s magnificent, of course.

Pictured below with my beloved Alpine.. I just need to track down a Tundra to complete the Luftverk x CLYW trifecta… hopefully not too soon however, need to recoup for a while and I already have a few more heavy hitters inbound so need to slow it down to enjoy them properly.

It was just released in their 2026 lucky box. Plays so well too!

Finally found a 888 MMXX. First thing I did was test out some Z stacks to see if they would fit and they did. Then I had an idea about making some 3D printed Z stacks with chrome on the top to match.

I’ve always been a fan of Yoyofactory’s Confusion. I was really pleased with the turbo Confusion! Here’s a Confusion GT. The profiles soo much different. Also, not compatible with stacks. I put my others next to it for a comparison.

Oh woahh, I didn’t realize it was that much different, I may need to try one.

Does it have the same specs as the regular Shy or did they make it larger like they did with the Ti Adrenaline?
