Mowl makes such nice yo-yos, both functionally and aesthetically; their laser work is unmatched. Surveil was my first hybrid after diving back in during 2020; blew my mind how smooth it was compared to the old YoYoJams from way back in the day

The olive green is a g2 herdsman v2 prototype. Good is the one they don’t indy production with. They were last months patreon shipment, and i believe there are more in production now.
Never heard of that one, looks cool!

Just received my first ever Pay It Forward from @Simyo: the Parallel Motion. Special thanks to @JEA86 and @EdDude for this special opportunity.
First impressions: in another universe, I SO would have bought this. There are a lot of firsts for me with this one: first undersized, first D bearing, first bimetal. I can’t think of a better introduction. I almost feel unworthy of this thing.
My only other experience with stuff like this was a friend’s Edge 2022(?) and a TT2. The Edge felt too hefty for me but the TT2 was a dream to throw. I learned that most outer-rim bimetals feel something like the Edge, but that couldn’t be further from the truth with the Parallel. All the attributes of this yoyo solves problems that may be seen in others in genres it’s associated with. It does not feel heavy at all, and it has plenty of power and stability for tricks.
This one is far more capable than anything I can do with it, but the fun factor is so there. As a newer player, I am so grateful to experience such a premium throw. Again, special thanks to @JEA86 and @EdDude.
