Here’s what my friend said: (it’s his lol I didn’t have enough time to get a good feel)
“Um I like the galactic a lot I like its shape although whenever I personally play with it it takes me a minute to get used to it but its a lot of fun to play with I love it a lot”
And here’s what he said about the outlier 5:
“ I really like the outlier it’s great for horizontal It’s honestly one of my favorite yo-yos if not my favorite”
Imo both were amazing for horizontal but just not my type I guess 
they still played great tho
