Exactly! This is a fun throw brother! I typically use lube for the muffle but next time I’ll use the thin.
I’m trying to make my way though black hops and rancid milk.

Good LORD you take some good photographs

Wife is in the surgical suite. Wish us luck lol
Good luck! Exciting times!
The best product you’ll manufacture, ever. ![]()
Best wishes.
I’m ready to move the PiF on. Who’d like it?
I mean, I would for sure haha. Just over here hoarding PiF I guess
I’d like to try it too!
I’ll trust your judgment on the first PIF move. I haven’t had a chance to write the post to get something more official going.
Only real thing I ask for unofficial transfers is that whoever end up getting hands on it reach out so I can keep track of it. I’m curious to see where it goes ![]()
Big thing I would stipulate is anyone who gets chosen has either established a good rep in the community or has several years on the forum with activity. That way it gets to move around safely.
Makes sense to me! I was just figuring that @rkalajian would be using best judgement lol
Kid and mom are doing fine. Born at 0756 yesterday morning, 8Lbs flat, more hair than I’ve ever seen on a newborn. Full head of thick hair, darker peach fuzz all over. It’s incredible
She’s slept pretty easy so far, we’ll see how long that lasts
It’ll be off to @SlowThrow . Solid rep ![]()
After the first week make sure to make noise while they sleep so they learn to sleep through sounds. Don’t fall into the trap of needing a dark quiet room to sleep and waking at the slightest noise….
Also congrats
That’s super helpful advice, good call.
Also, take turns trying to settle them or get them to bed / sleep when that time comes so they rely on only mommy being able to do it.
Was a fairly difficult one to get over at first, because I don’t have Milkies lol, but now he looks forward to me putting him to bed.
Congrats, Gregg, on a safe and healthy delivery!!! Scariest part imo! So happy for you, man!!
We used a hairdryer pointed into a kitchen bowl to make a white noise machine until our proper white noise machine got delivered lol. Kids are 8 and 9 and still sleep with white noise on every night. Actually my wife and myself as well haha. The hospital used white noise machines at night and we got hooked.
We have a Hatch that someone got us for our first-born 4.5 years ago that’s still going strong today. It’s great because you can program the sound, light, as well as timing once they start to develop a schedule. Been running it almost every day since then, and we just moved it near the bassinet for our newest one that was born a week ago today. We even sleep a little better with it in the room, haha! ![]()
Good advise.
In our specific case, my wife breastfeed him every 4 hours and I gave him a bottle every 4, so that made it a feed every 2 hours alternating between mother’s milk on a bottle and breastfeed.
[botte 00:00] — [breastfeed: 02:00] — [botte 04:00] — [breastfeed 06:00] …
That usually helped my wife sleep for 4 hours in the moning, athough since she had to pump the milk… her sleep schedule was interrupted more often than not. That’s something with wich I couldn’t help much ![]()
Congratulations!!
