Everything is wired correctly and the readouts I’m seeing are within about 1% of perfect. Just gotta see what the OEM says when they’re back in the office tomorrow and I should be good to go.
The stroboscope we have says the spindle turns a hair faster than it should, and the encoder seems to agree. Rather positive sign, that.
