Simple trick, but dangerous.
Woah! Way to stick w it! Hah! Every time I clunked myself so far, I threw the string off my finger in a huff
wizard drops (not as smooth as tyler tho )
rejection lacerations are so hard to be consistent with
This was sooo good loved the beginning a lot
Mark Mangarin’s use of gorilla elements is so cool, it’s small but adds a lot of style. Old trick of his.
I took a break from working on Iwasawa tower to lock up this other laceration whip. Also seemed like a good trick to try out slowmo video with and I have been meaning to try that out.
This is almost a real yoyo trick. Been in a bit of a rut with yoyoing lately, it might be time to play some 5A again tbh. Playing 1A for too long always makes me feel so inadequate at yoyoing. Although there’s no way to improve other than just continuing to play more. It’s a struggle.
Can I say that what I am reading here is far away from the truth? Your 1a is always so good, nice flow, good ideas and well realised, you are very far away from be a bad 1a player!
I appreciate the compliment, but my feeling stems more from having tricks and ideas in my head and wanting them to look a certain way, but I lack the skill currently to bring them to life.
I know I’m not bad at yoyo, but I’m still so far away from being able to do tricks the way I see them in my head. I think it’s just a matter of needing to play yoyo for longer. Smoothness will come with more time spent yoyoing.
Completely agree with what you said, remember the rule of 10.000 hours before master something lmao, give yourself time, about to realise what you have in your head I can understand you, sometimes I am able to do it and sometimes no or sometimes are even impossible tricks.
Keep playing and practicing my friend as you said is the only way to become better!
New phone, still have to learn how to film properly with this one, wish I was able to try to record outside but London decided to be in full winter again, anyway this is a new combo and hope you like it

Had fun learning this trick…Had fun making this video…
Nothing too crazy, testing the capabilities of the One Drop Thorn with grinding and matador. Fun stuff!
Nailed it! Lol!
I cleaned up and rearranged a bit and now I can yoyo in front of my couch! I made a lot of room. So here is the only trick I fully learned during nats (thanks Corban!) which is this double or nothing tower. I added the bind at the end because I need to practice that one.
Finally learned a trick I put off learning when I was a kid for whatever reason, called Lotus Bloom. It’s not too hard but feels awesome. It’s a rethinkyoyo trick if everyone remembers those lmao
And here’s the tutorial if anyone wants it:
Sick! Tut saved.
