i like updating my laptop OS but hate updating Mobile OS.My mobile is working fine and i dont use my mobile alot. and my phone is quite old.

Well, the odds of getting hacker p0wned are quite high with that old of a version, so I recommend keeping more up to date on mobile. Lots of exploits in old versions of Android.
