interested in the bth, do you still have it?

Yes I do, but I honestly thought I had removed it from the listing. Not because I no longer wish to sell it, but because I told someone they could try it at a yoyo meet up on the 22nd of this month.

I’ll be putting it back after that, and I could even let you know first to give you the opportunity to buy it then.

Very sorry about the mix up!

oh man, my son really wants that yoyo and I was searching for it. He wants the heavy yoyo to help with his hooks. We just got back from pnwr and he’s just getting back going hard into yo yo from having foot surgery after 18 months of pain. Please let us know if any way we can buy it. Thanks.

you sure this is what he meant with “heavy“ yoyo to help with hooks ? usually that means ~70g in typical products.
this one at 220g was made only for “long sleeper“ records. its not good for any other tricks and most importantly you could get seriously injured.

At times I am mortified of a solid aluminum yoyo, and those are only a fourth of their weight. With a yoyo that heavy, a snag could genuinely bust your knuckle or hand. The difference with modern yoyos and this is, outside of whipping it directly into your temple, I don’t see a yoyo causing serious harm unless you go out your way to practice tricks around your head with aluminum throws. The afraid part is the snagging. As somebody who is hyposensitive, a snagged throw won’t hurt as much, but pain is a reminder, and a 220g yoyo breaking a knuckle would be a healthy reminder that it would be a specialty throw to break the world record rather than used for modern 1a or practicing 1a

Its yours after the 22nd. I just want you to take this time to verify with your son that this is what he wants. Please know that this yoyo is NOT meant for typical play. Its absurdly heavy. 220 grams is 3 - 4 times the weight of a normal heavy yoyo.

That being said, it accelerates noticably slower during a snapback event than a typical yoyo. Enough time to react. Ive had it snap, but never had it hurt me. Normal yoyos hurt me all the time, being unreactably fast and all.

If you are looking for a yoyo that is extra heavy while also playing relatively normally, I highly recommend the turning point hades. Long story short I will have 2 of them, maybe 3 for sale soon. After trying the c3 Mico, the Hades cane highly recommended and I love it. I love it so much I ordered a brand new pair, yes pair. They are typically for 3a, but play 1a just as well.

I will be listing 2x aliyah tan colorway hades yoyos, lrt me know if you might want those instead or even in addition to! =]
