Ptarmigan is such a nice and comfy shape and size. Plays great.
Vogelkop feels like something special too. Really fun, plays great, good stability too. And one of the coolest cups. Beautiful spike and even useable!
Also big props to the Featherspin support! I had a small issue and got super quick and amazing help to sort it out.
Btw, this is one of the reasons, why I had to get it. My first proper yoyo. Vogelkop colors look so much better and more elegant though. But well, it’s courtship one after all.
After getting the Vogelkop I am struggling to not buy some other birds and make a flock. Featherspin is absolutely killing it!

I haven’t had too much time time to work on this R&D Department series. (extremely slammed at work, and they take quite a while to do). I think going forward, I am going to make this a mini series on some of the runs called “Preening”. I wont number them like other limited series but they will come with a little cert of authenticity. Idk, I personally love it and hopefully you all will enjoy these little art series as much I enjoy making them!
