Comparing it to the Musubi SS, you can 100% feel the weight difference, but these yoyos seem to be occupying two different ends of the “yoyo feel spectrum” so I would keep that in mind. If you were to tell me the DeniSS was about 68g I would be surprised, however it’s a solid old school feeling throw. Has a lot of presence on the string but flows great and doesn’t lag behind.
Chris said it really well. DenniSS feels a bit more relaxed and flowy in play, and I think the shape and design goals kinda lean into that. It feels closer to 65g I’d say.
Got my DenniSS in, and it’s impressively fun. Comfortable, powerful, and EASILY one of, if not the lightest and most nimble SS throws I’ve played. Excellent work!
Thanks Collin! Its a blast to play!
Introducing the Louvre!
A Paris themed yoyo inspired by my wife that can be taken anywhere. The first ever stainless steel cap in a pocketable D bearing form factor that we’ve tinkered with the last 2 years.
Available in a variety of colors and finishes such as a mirror polished cap or bead blasted cap, with fun engravings from Apen!
Releasing soon ![]()
Diameter: 54.1mm
Width: 36.5mm
Weight: 63g
Gap Width: 4.55mm
Bearing Size: D concave
Axle: 8mm
Material: 7075 aluminum, Stainless Steel Cap
PLEASE NOTE!: due to the complexity of heavy stainless steel caps and a size D bearing, most of these yoyos are not dead smooth. They are still smooth enough to be A grades, just not up to our high standards. To compensate, we are reducing the price to $70-$75 from $85-$90 depending on the colorway.
