How many orange and teal were there? They were gone in the two minutes it took me to get onto the site. I still got one but man it drives me nuts when you are there in the first few minutes of a “drop” and what you want is sold out. Takes the joy out of the buying experience to me. I’ve been told my whole life that I’m a glass is half empty person. 🤷♂️

I’m too anal to buy a yoyo with sides that don’t match. That said I got two so I can do a half-swap. I’ll end up with a black pink splash/black orange splash and a teal/purple.

I also bought the blue/grey from Zip.
I generally prefer the same on both sides but I couldn’t resist the yoyo. I just couldn’t afford two to do an unswap. :wink:

Janus is rad. Having the half spec option with side effects is awesome. I had to throw some weight in with a full spec bearing just to see, and it contends up there the trusty edc Black Canon FRS.
Edit: I thought UL SEs weren’t thick enough for half spec setup or something, but after having the same problem with another set of flat caps (not being able to tighten the yoyo down all the way) I realized you just need to get the SE set in there nicely before putting the halfs together. Maybe I wasn’t pushing them in enough beforehand.

I originally got the two splash’s and was going to do half swaps to make them more normal in my OCD head. I have since decided to honor the makers vision and the duality of Janus and run them as originally envisioned. I got the third one because it seemed to be everyone’s favorite and I had FOMO.
