# YYJ Classic caps

Is there a way to get the caps off a YYJ Classic?

Yeah they will separate. you just have to get something between the cap and body. try a butter knife put it in the crack and roll the yoyo back and forth, while pressing down on the knife. It should separate the cap from the body. At that point just pry a bit and it will pop off.

I used a suction cup on my friend’s. it came off perfectly fine
