Edit - as asked and answered below, the Good and Evil 2 is a bi-metal with steel weight rings. It’s from 2004.
Thinning out some yoyos. Check em’ out.

Hey Vegabomb…that Hspin Good & Evil…looks like it’s a bimetal??? Is that edge around the rims looks to be metal…just wondering man? Thanks,
