Ok,  
I really want to learn this,I can easily get the first part ;D,but I dont understand how the slack comes around and you will get back into a double or nothing :(,any tips?

Just swing it around, and make sure you get good hits. As long as you hit the thing solid-ly, it should go around. Don’t worry about the strings twisting together, its normal. So, just swing it around, even if your trapeze/under mounts have twisted strings, its okay. Knowledge of the twisting and practice was all i needed ;D

Its a hard trick, you’ll get it with some practice ;D
