Then, make sure it’s the size of the bearing. Really annoying to deepen it since there are holes under the caps and the jeweler’s screwdriver jumped each time I went over the holes. Turned out great though!!! Sweet mods. I was thinking about doing something similar to what you did to a butterfly XT as well, but am concerned it isn’t up to snuff with other modern yoyos. How does it play in the hybrid form? ---

You should get another Butteryfly XT and do a recess on both halves. Then compare to the Hybrid one. ---
