Yes, they are. Im not 100% sure but I think it may take a lateral cap. The lip measures pretty close to a Rextreme 2.

They were worth buying anyway! Love my Theory. Very original and fun yoyo.

That is a very fascinating looking design, though…

The YYJ “Next Level” is also a very underrated and unknown Bi-Metal that deserves more attention.
