How do i use the ball bearing removal tool??? Do i use force on the bearing and pull it out or is there a special technique???  
Please answer

Put the round thing in the bearings inner round thing, then wiggle and pull.

Pretty much what was just said. You shouldn’t have to use much force. Just take your time. Some bearings take more effort than others to get out.
