Not Madison, but in Appleton WI there is a yoyo club that is active, along with a store that does sell some YYF stuff with plans to start getting more. the facebook site has not been super active as of late because i have got a ton going on along, but the club still meets on mondays at 6:30 in the back of the Appleton Hobbytown. The club is called North Eastern Wisconsin Throwers. would have posted a link but at work right now. ---
