Can I go to the yoyoexpert “warehouse” and purchase a Yoyo or do they only sell online

Only online, they don’t sell in person unless you go to their booth at a contest.

I wouldn’t take his word for it. The best thing to do is contact yoyoexpert yourself and ask them. Their Email contact info is at the bottom of every page.
