Looks very thick for Ti, might want to thin out the hub area or use a different material, looks kinda light on the rim weight too. ---

The render looks nice. I’d angle the rims if you’re looking for more performance, but I kinda like the flat aesthetic better. I pointed out every area that should probably get a fillet below.
