@anon5341354, don’t be modest, it looks awesome. Sometimes it’s hard to realize how cool something will look when you’re not necessarily designing for style.
I’ve been doing some testing with my 3D printed yoyos, and currently have this guy cooking
I’ve been experimenting with the embedded decal for looks and to help me keep them organized. I did worry it’d have significant side effects, but it doesn’t seem to be a big deal. printing it you can barely feel them indents, it more so the plastic being laid in that pattern.

Unless POM is as strong as 6061, which I _highly doubt_, that really does seem far too thin at the middle point to be durable.

Ive done a little bit of research and was told that more like 3-4mm is safer for Delrin/POM wall thickness.
I tend to err on the side of caution though and use the following for my Alu designs to date.
7075/7068: 1.2mm
6061:1.6mm

The Lucha Libre was a delrin Throw Down Luchador that was made probably ten or twelve years ago. It had a bad problem with breakage due to thin areas. I’d definitely look into what is a safe thickness. That stuff isn’t cheap so better to not have to toss any bad turns.
