My hands get too dry in the cold and I start to get string burn and cuts way too easily. I use hand lotion to counteract that and I wear gloves a lot (like, outside, not playing yo-yo). I don’t explicitly stretch for yo-yo but I do other athletics and exercise and stretch for those, including hands and wrist. I also have Grip Master hand exercisers that I keep around but don’t use a ton anymore. They helped when I was having worse wrist issues before I got back into yo-yo but they didn’t completely resolve any pain; my sitting posture was the cause of those issues. ---

I’ve been using a trackball for so long I have to use a usb adapter to plug it into my laptop. I use keyboard shortcuts as much as possible though. Using any mouse feels like an interruption. ---

My profile pic isn’t a Vim logo because I like using the mouse… For non-software folks, Vim is a command line text editor that you primarily interact with through the keyboard. Vim emphasizes minimalism so much so that you can play Vim Golf and attempt to solve different editing tasks in the minimum number of keystrokes. ---

Sorry if a little late sore joint sore hands my thoughts for how effects myself. I tore a tendon in my thumb, sore hands, now possible shoulder damage. I throw light stuff. I freaking love the Kasm and the El Mijo Poly. I don’t need long spins, I don’t try or want em I like to work my way from one stall to the next and flips ect. No need for the long spins is much easier on my hands. So a lighter yoyo, with awesome response or fixed. Stall have not found a wooden that I love but the el mijo response is gold and the Kasm is great response with the weight and play. Ok thanks for listening ---

Sure but that wouldn’t be as funny. In reality I’ve dumped stuff like that in OneNote so it syncs between systems then work whatever it is in VS or whatever IDE makes sense. However as I’ve stated elsewhere my life currently is in word staring at NIST controls and junk… ---
