I would suggest always caution on the side of doing something verse nothing. Most of the time you will be pleasantly surprised. I have been doing Movember since 2012. Every November 1st I shaved everything and started from scratch. Doing the daily photos. The rules have shifted a little recently. So last year when I found out, I decided to do a Handlebar this year. To do so required starting 4 months early. Have fun with it. Remember there is more behind the Mo. Please educate yourselves on Mens Health and Mental Well Being. As Men, we tend to worry about others before ourselves. If we look at our Dads and Grandfather’s, it was to their detriment. ---
